Directions from Boston: From 93 South, take Exit 12 for 3A South. Follow 3A towards Weymouth/Hingham/Nantasket, continuing over the Fore River drawbridge in Weymouth. Pass two shopping areas on your right (Lowe's/Staples followed by Stop and Shop) and take a left at the light at the Launch at Hingham Shipyard. Continue past Old Navy and Bed Bath and Beyond and our store will be on your left. Parking is available throughout the Launch. Our store address is 18 Shipyard Drive, Suite 1C, Hingham, MA 02043.

For non-volume orders (fewer than 5 baskets ordered at one time), please add 1-2 business days for a shipment to leave our Massachusetts facility. For more detail on shipping times, see below.

Special Handling

When the temperature exceeds 70 degrees along the shipping route, special handling surcharges may apply, in which case we will contact you to finalize your order.

Custom, Volume, Special Order, Hawaii/Alaska Shipping

For special or volume orders, and all orders going to Hawaii/Alaska, or when shipping more than one gift basket to the same address, please give us a call at 1-888-GIFTS-01 to place your order so we can give you a special shipping quote and timeframe.

Shipping Times

The following are typical (not guaranteed) shipping timeframes AFTER a package leaves our MA facility. If in doubt about a package reaching it's destination on time, especially during busy times like holidays, please call us before placing your order and we can give you an accurate time estimate.

Shipping from Massachusetts to...

New England: 1-2 business days

Lower Northeast and Mid-Atlantic: 2-3 business days

Parts of the Midwest and the Southeast: 4-5 business days

Western Midwest, West Coast: 5-7 business days

Please place your order by phone for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations of Low-Volume (fewer than 5 gift baskets) Purchases



This policy does not apply to special purchases(when merchandise we don't usually carry is ordered.)

Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for foods, condiments, beverages, or topical cosmetic/bath items, even if the items appear to be unopened, except if proven defective or damaged in shipment.

Design charges, shipping/delivery charges, and special-order purchases are nonrefundable under any circumstance.

Other items can be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase or receipt by mail (items shipped outside the Hingham area can be returned to us for refund or exchange per this policy, but at the present time return shipping is at the shipper's expense except in the case of product defect or damage).

In the event of a damaged gift shipment, recipients should contact us directly to report the damage. Recipients will be asked to hang onto all packaging and gift items until UPS has investigated the incident. In the meantime, an exchange/new shipment will be issued for damaged items. Refunds will only be given in the event that the damaged items are no longer in stock and there is no appropriate substitute.

Low-volume gift basket orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as they haven't left our facility. Design charges are non-refundable and an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund per basket.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations of Volume (6 or more gift baskets) and Special Orders



To ensure smooth inventory management, we're sorry that we cannot cancel or refund high-volume (5 or more gift baskets ordered at once) gift basket orders once the orders have been placed.

Special orders (when merchandise we don't usually carry is ordered) cannot be cancelled once the orders are placed with the manufacturer or distributor, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted for special orders.

The policies outlined above are intended to keep our small business running smoothly and to avoid health/safety and inventory overage issues.
