Emily Dellinger Mondon is the company's founder and also works full-time in the store. After earning her MBA degree at Boston University, she decided to leave a career in corporate and nonprofit management to start a unique retail venture. Emily is excited to apply her creativity and passion for customer service, quality gifts and environmentally responsible business practices to this venture. Cara Melanson works part-time as a corporate sales representative and occasional store associate. Using her strong sales background, Cara is helping to grow the business, and she brings prior gift store experience, a passion for the gift industry and strong gift basket design skills to her work in the store.
